At Alp’s Apparel, each item is individually made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and customization. Due to the production-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alpsapparel.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if deemed necessary.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
