In the event of a lost, delayed, or undelivered package, customers are advised to contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Alp’s Apparel is not liable for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. Alp’s Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
